Women's Circle

We welcome you to join a Women's circle at ARC Cafe at The Hub

Women's Circles are an opportunity to relax into a grounding meditation, to open our hearts and have a safe space in wish to share and be held by others in a supportive way through the tricky situations we navigate in life. 

As women we are often silence or our voices and wishes minimised and this is a chance to regain our power and support one another in times of difficulty and celebrate in our successes too. 

Whatever your Path or journey, all are welcome here. 

We will begin with a meditation, and share in a warm drink of choice, perhaps pull oracle cards or write in our journals and offer each other wellbeing nourishment. 

If you can bring a notepad, mat (if you have one), blanket and something sturdy but ground level to sit on that would be great but let us know if you need anything.

Feeling pulled but not sure? Simply come with an open mind and open heart and trust the journey!
